- Social media management and analytics through the MK Marketers client portal and application, including integrations with third-party platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Yelp

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services and Platform Integrations
Our Services may integrate or link to third-party platforms. By connecting your third-party accounts through MK Marketers, you authorize us to access and use your data from those platforms solely to provide our services to you.
TikTok. MK Marketers integrates with TikTok’s API to enable authorized users to view TikTok account analytics, manage content, and publish videos on behalf of connected TikTok accounts. By connecting your TikTok account through MK Marketers, you agree to TikTok’s Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) and acknowledge that MK Marketers will access your TikTok profile information, video data, and analytics as permitted by TikTok’s API. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time through the MK Marketers client portal, which will revoke our access to your TikTok data.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram). MK Marketers integrates with Meta’s Graph API to allow authorized users to view page insights, manage posts, and monitor engagement across Facebook and Instagram.
Google (Google Business Profile, Google Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics). MK Marketers uses Google APIs to display business performance data, manage Google Business Profile listings, view Google Ads campaign metrics, and access YouTube channel analytics. Our use of Google data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
LinkedIn. MK Marketers integrates with LinkedIn’s API to enable authorized users to manage company page posts, view follower analytics, and publish content.
Yelp. MK Marketers integrates with Yelp’s API to display business listing information, reviews, and ratings.
We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these third-party platforms. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s terms of service when using MK Marketers to interact with your accounts on those platforms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific marketing results
- Continuous or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all platforms
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK Marketers shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all third-party platform connections (including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and Yelp) will be disconnected and associated access tokens will be deleted.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
